Why are mothers so
burnt out today?

There has never been more pressure on mothers than today to perform. Our children are over scheduled and we are too busy scrolling curated feeds. It's time to block out the noise and feel confident again.

Moms are burnt out today because of:

Over Scheduling

Social Pressure

Work-life In-Balance

Generational Beliefs

Poor Mental Health Care

Lack of Self-Care

Expectations

Lack of Support

I have been in
your shoes...

After the birth of my second child I
felt burnt out and exhausted.

During the pandemic while the whole world stayed 6-feet apart I was home glued to two small children, a newborn and toddler. Even after restrictions eased I had become accustomed to "doing it on my own".  As a recovering perfectionist asking for support was tough for me .

Some of my earliest signs of burnout were feeling like all my days were the same. I'd share with my spouse how exhausted I was and then when he would do his part I'd take over, I just couldn't let go. I knew I needed a change, I started slow tackling things from the inside out.

This free Motherhood Burnout Guide is an accumulation of the things I've learned along the way and real tips to get moms through burnout.
